Life is made up of many paths, and at times, we all encounter transitions that leave us feeling uncertain, stuck, or overwhelmed. At Continuing the Journey, we believe therapy can serve as a guidepost—like a cairn on a trail—reminding you that you’re not alone and that your path forward can be found, even when it feels unclear. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your child, your teen, your relationship, or your family, we offer a compassionate and personalized approach grounded in proven methods like CBT, DBT, ACT, EMDR, and trauma-informed care
